Travel
Important Information
Leaving London
We recommend you arrive at London Gatwick at around 08:00 on Monday 9th July for check in. Our flight (BA 2203) will be taking off at 11:10am.
Once we arrive in Cancun please look out for signage for our Cancun X private transfer. We will have two meeting points by the exit of the airport one for each resort. You can expect to be checked in and settled at your hotel room by 6:30pm
Our flight (BA 2203) will be taking off at 11:10am and landing at 15:40 local time
Leaving Cancun
Your transfer will pick you up from your resort at 13:00. There will be ample time to grab a bite to eat and do any last minute souvenir shopping at the airport.
Our flight will depart on 16th July at 17:25. We will be landing back at London Gatwick on Tuesday 17th July at 08:55
Luggage
1 checked bag (up to 23kg), 1 hand luggage (up to 10kg) & 1 Personal item (e.g. handbag, laptop case or duty free goods)

Once You Arrive
The Resorts are 20-30 minutes away from Cancun International Airport
To get to our Resort we recommend getting a Shared Shuttle, which typically costs £10-£15 per person. There are several shuttle company stands on the airport premises you will see them once you leave the baggage claim area.
Travel Tips
We recommend booking your flight no later than 16th April 2016. Flight rates typically hike up 12 weeks prior to your departure date.
